Have an Exciting Sex Life to Spice Up Your Marriage

condom for safety

India is a country where relationships are considered sacred, especially the bonds of marriage. Ending a relationship is not considered the right way to go in India. That is why the divorce rate up until 2005 was about 1 in 1,000. However, within a decade, that is by 2014, the number had gone up to 13 in 1,000, which is still low compared to many other countries, such as the US. Talking in numbers, in Mumbai alone, the number of divorced couple had gone up from 5,245 in 2010 to 11,667 in 2014.

This rise in numbers is alarming. Earlier people preferred working through the tough times, fighting together and to grow back into the relationship. But now statistics are pointing towards people taking the easier way out.

Most of the times, a relationship or a marriage fails because of the lack of excitement in one’s sex life. This leads frustration, which eventually hurts other aspects of the relationship. So, one way to make sure that a marriage lasts longer is by improving your sex life. Here are few steps you can take to spice things up in the bedroom. But don’t forget to stay protected with condoms.

Concentrate on Foreplay

After a while of being together, sex might also start feel like it is scripted. You might get the feeling of doing the same thing over and over again. One way to avoid this is by concentrating more on foreplay. This way, you can make sure both partners are excited enough going into the act. It can happen that after a hard day’s work, either partner is not in the mood. An act of foreplay can help in creating the mood as well.

Add a Few Thrills

Thrill is an important aspect in keeping things exciting. The excitement fades with time, as you get more and more familiar with your partner. Taking adventure trips together can be one solution to capture the lost thrill and excitement. Do daring things outside your bedroom walls, which might also spice things up in the bedroom. Catching your partner off guard when he or she is least expecting can also be exciting.

Turn to Oral Sex

Oral sex is still considered taboo by many people in India. On the contrary, research shows that oral sex is safe to practice and is enjoyable for both the male and female partner. In case of any cut or lesion in the mouth or pubic area, wear a condom. Try flavoured condoms to make the experience exciting for the female partner as well. Products like Durex Taste Me Apple condoms are ideal for such situations. This could help in getting back the physical intimacy that your relationship has been lacking.

As they say, marriages are made in heaven. So, it is better to try these things and work through it to improve your relationship rather than losing it altogether.

Train Travel Hygiene Tips

hand sanitizer

The dirty, disheveled traveler look is something that we all accept as the necessary outcome of covering long distances on a train. It is quite expected that one will step off the train with dirty and crumpled clothes, a foul taste in the mouth and all the pores in your face clogged from miles and miles of dirt and dust that has accumulated on the skin!

Not anymore! With just a little preparation, you can ensure that you do not step off the train looking like the rest of your fellow travelers. Train travel does not give us the freedom to stop along the way and experience the necessary creature comforts of cleanliness.

Staying fresh will give you more energy, help you stay alert and avoid any health-related issues. It isn’t difficult, just follow these invaluable train travel tips to freshen up along the way. Of course, it does help to carry along your hand sanitizer!

Preparing a Train Travel Kit

There are a number of ways you can minimize the amount of stuff you need to carry in your toiletries bag.
  1. Use plastic straws: Plastic drinking straws can be filled with little amounts of skincare items such as cold cream, sun protection cream, talcum powder and moisturizer. Just squeeze it into a cut length of straw and tape the ends up. Remember to label the straws so that you do not end up using your cold cream instead of toothpaste.
  2. Use a spectacle case: You can pack a small little kit in an unused spectacle case, comprising of things such as nail clippers, eyeliner pencil, a nail file and a bottle of nail enamel quite easily and have yourself a handy manicure kit in your hand bag.
  3. Shaving razors: These can be kept from cutting up your toiletries bag from the inside by putting a paper clip/clamp around it.
  4. Toothpaste: Those small toothpaste tubes that are given out by hotels for travelers can be refilled. Just hold the nozzle to the nozzle of your larger toothpaste tube and carefully transfer some toothpaste into the smaller tube. Alternatively, you can also use an old eye drops container to carry a little toothpaste.
  5. Hygiene: Carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer for times when washing with water is not an option. An alcohol-based sanitizer will keep you protected from more than 100 disease causing germs. For a good measure, add some Multi-Use Wipes as well because it is advisable not to use the sanitizer on the face.
  6. Anti-Spill Kit: To prevent a mess from accidental spillage in the rough and tumble of travel, you can simply put a bit of plastic food wrap over the mouth of your shampoo and handwash bottles before closing them to make an effective spill-proof seal. If you can't get your hands on any plastic cling film, use a short length of tape.

Dietary Habits for Children with ADHD

There are dietary plans and habits that can act as remedies for children with such disorders.
  • Eat a regular and healthy breakfast – A regular and healthy breakfast regulates the blood sugar and helps in stabilizing hormone fluctuations. This can do a lot of good in the long run not just for people with the disorder but everyone.
  • Unprocessed food that is free from additives – Food additives are toxic in nature. It is best to avoid such additives or go for food without any artificial preservatives or sweeteners.

It is not just dietary plans and habits that would help your child during these tough times but creating an environment that makes the child feel comfortable is also a must. Don't make children living with ADHD feel that they are bad. Their hyperactivity and impulsive nature can become troublesome but the key is to show affection while making sure they learn appropriate behaviour. Regular exercise or playtime can also be beneficial as it would burn the extra energy that they have in them and will also balance the hormone levels.

A little affection can go a long way, but it is also important to consult an experienced pediatrician before making a diagnosis on your own.
